Yesterday, I made banana pudding for the first time and fortunately it’s yummy. The ingredients were very simple, just ripe banana and rice flour. Not to follow any recipe but my memory of seeing my mother and sisters made it before, I just squished banana into a bowl and mixed with rice flour and steamed for 20 minutes or so. It’s a bit muddy because of not enough flour I think or maybe I have to add another kind of flour. However, I like my banana pudding and determine to make it again. Banana are plenty here all year round.

I eat a banana every morning. For now on I’ll think of you when I do.
Why? I see no relation
Banana pudding is one of Bill’s favorite desserts. He won’t let me make it for him anymore because he’ll eat it all at one sitting. I like it too. My recipe is much sweeter than yours. Pucker mouth sweet.
Yes Ron, ripe banana are sweet enough. It’s funny that I ate it at one sitting too
the best recipes are simple yet delicious, like this one.
hmmm looks yummy….probably not on my diet. But then that has never stopped me
Hi Jeff, have you heard of Morning Banana Diet? I think it’s good.
